Inviox cohorts are capped at fifteen students so instructors can see the work rather than only deliver the lesson. A typical session combines explanation, demonstration, production time, and review.
The format asks students to participate actively. They present decisions, compare approaches, and watch feedback applied to work at different stages. This exposes common mistakes early and helps each student develop a more precise vocabulary for discussing quality.
Monthly private sessions add a different layer. They are used for portfolio direction, technical blockers, and personal development questions that need more context than a group review allows.
