Admissions / January 2027 cohort

Apply to build at a professional standard.

We read every application to understand the person behind the portfolio: what you want to make, how you learn, and whether the program can genuinely move your work forward.

A careful admissions process

We are looking for commitment, not a perfect portfolio.

Inviox Institute is a professional certificate school, not a degree-granting university. Admission is based on your goals, readiness for live production work, and the level at which we can place you responsibly.

01

Your direction

Tell us what discipline you want to pursue and what kind of work you hope to create.

02

Your readiness

Show that you can attend live classes, complete weekly work, and respond constructively to critique.

03

Your starting point

A portfolio helps us place experienced applicants. Beginners may apply without one.

How to apply

A straightforward route from application to enrollment.

There is no application fee. The form gives admissions enough context to recommend a program and prepare a useful placement conversation.

01

Submit your application

Choose your route, discipline, and study term. Share your current experience and the work you want to make.

02

Admissions review

We review your goals, availability, experience, and portfolio when provided.

03

Placement conversation

Selected applicants meet admissions online to discuss level, language, schedule, and the right curriculum path.

04

Offer and enrollment

Your written offer confirms the program, tuition, payment schedule, cohort language, and start date.

Application requirements

What you should prepare before opening the form.

The application takes about 10–15 minutes. Draft your statement first if you would like time to think.

01Personal and contact details

Your full name, email, phone number, country, and current time zone help us plan the admissions conversation.

02A short statement of intent

In 150–300 words, explain what you want to learn, what you have tried so far, and the kind of work you want to produce.

03Portfolio or work samples

Optional for foundation-level applicants. Recommended for intermediate applicants and required when requesting advanced placement. A single public link is enough.

04Technical readiness

You need a reliable internet connection, a microphone, and a computer capable of running the core software used in your discipline.

05Weekly availability

Students should be able to attend live weekday teaching and protect additional time for briefs, revisions, and portfolio work.

January 2027 intake

Apply early enough to plan your placement well.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until each 15-person cohort is full. Applying earlier gives more time for portfolio guidance, software preparation, and payment planning.

01

Applications open

Submit the form and supporting link when ready.

02

Placement conversation

Admissions contacts suitable applicants to schedule an online meeting.

03

Enrollment period

Review and sign the student agreement, then complete the first scheduled payment.

04

Orientation and classes

Meet your cohort, confirm tools and communication channels, and begin live instruction.

Tuition is fixed for the term you sign.

Six-month certificates are $500 per month. Twelve-month certificates are $350 per month. The agreed monthly price does not change during the signed term.

Tell us what you want to learn and build.

This is the first admissions form, not a binding enrollment agreement. We will review it before recommending the next step.

Your information is used for admissions review and is not published.

After you apply

You will receive a considered response, not an automatic acceptance.

Admissions may recommend a foundation route, request a portfolio link, or suggest a different term when that would serve your goals better. Questions can be sent to invioxinstitute@gmail.com.
